COMPLETED PROJECTS

This page will give you a little background on our Accomplishments in real estate:

  • 1989 we purchased a run-down Chevron station in Jackpot Nevada.  In five years we had cleaned it up and turned it around for re-sell at a substantial profit.

  • 1999 we signed a land lease with HB Boys on a commercial property we currently own located on Bench and Pocatello creek road.

  • 2006 we purchased a Bank owned home located on Fairway drive and have since had it 100% leased out with an option to purchase.

  • 2009 we scraped a piece of property located on Burley drive and built 93 storage units, ran them for 17 months and sold them carrying a contract.

  • 2010 we purchased another Bank owned property in Star Valley Wyoming for less than 50 cents on the dollar, rehabbed it and have had it leased out since then for over 10% market cap.

  • 2011 we purchased another Bank owned property in Logandale Nevada.  Used the house for a year, leased it out for over a year and then sold it for a 40% return on capital.

  • 2012 purchased a home from a Home owner that wanted out for cash.  We have since leased it out for over 10% market cap rate.

  • 2014 obtained a Bank credit line for $250K

  • 2015 purchased 4 auction properties, sold all of them on contract, 1 fulfilled their contract with us, one is still paying on their contract, one is currently under contract (8/15/2016), and one we had to foreclose upon.

  • 2016 we are currently working on several commercial development deals and have our      Investor programs operating.
